What's the Job?

+ Analyze, review, and project financial impacts of network arrangements.

+ Develop and maintain cost-efficient networks and identify areas for greater efficiency.

+ Implement reimbursement strategies designed to control healthcare costs.

+ Prepare and present financial performance reports on assigned networks to leadership.

+ Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure provider satisfaction.

What's Needed?

+ 6 years of experience in provider contract/network management or relevant fields.

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

+ Proven ability to n **egotiate contracts with large healthcare systems.**

+ Strong understanding of provider **reimbursement methodologies.**

+ Experience in **managing complex healthcare provider network programs.**
