Our client in the retail industry, is seeking a Applications Developer - Backend for Frontend (BFF) to join their team. As a BFF Developer, you will be part of the IT Applications department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Applications Developer - Backend for Frontend (BFF)

What's the Job?

+ Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

+ Develop efficient and scalable applications using Node.js, Typescript, and GraphQL.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.

+ Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.

+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide solutions to problems across multiple teams.

What's Needed?

+ 4-5 years of experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications.

+ Proficiency in Node.js and object-oriented programming principles.

+ Experience with GraphQL and Microservices framework - API design.

+ Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

+ Skills in Apollo Server, Apollo router, and knowledge of Express server.
