Job Description
Insight Globals Fortune 100 technology client is looking for a Program Manager to support their Knowledge Management (KM) organization. This individual will play a critical role in aligning KM deliverables with broader business objectives by partnering across the Global Data Center (GDC) organization. This is a high-visibility opportunity to drive operational efficiency, strategic communication, and enterprise-level user adoption of KM tools and solutions.
This consultant will serve as a key resource supporting KM leadership, operating as a liaison across technical program managers, cross-functional partners, and internal business units to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.
This role sits within a high-performing team and will be accountable for program execution, stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, and process optimization. The Program Manager will own delivery timelines, ensure cross-functional alignment, and directly support business-critical initiatives with a strong emphasis on collaboration, organization, and stakeholder influence.
The right candidate will be solutions-oriented, highly adaptable, and bring a strong understanding of enterprise communication strategies, change management, and operational excellence. This person must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and confident in delivering results at scale.
Pay range is dependent on YOE scale from $60-80/hr

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar strategic role
Proven experience owning enterprise-level programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Strong communication and content creation skills including newsletters, presentations, and training collateral
Experience working in an Agile environment and managing programs through tools like Asana
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet, Drive)
Hands-on experience with Lucidchart/Lucidspark for building visual workflows and standardized process documentation
Ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Comfortable with reporting on KPIs, program adoption metrics, and measurable business outcomes
Highly detail-oriented with a track record of driving operational efficiency and consistency
Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills Prior experience supporting Knowledge Management or Data Center teams
Familiarity with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and strategic program evaluation
Experience in crisis communications (e.g., supporting P0/ticket escalations)
Background in managing enterprise-wide change initiatives
Previous experience consulting or operating in a client-facing capacity null
