Job Description
Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Key Projects
Support Rhythm of Business (ROB) Management Drive the development, maintenance, and execution of team ROB calendar including management of inbox, calendar invites, developing workback schedules for exec level meetings, tracking of attendance and replies, sourcing content and sending SbS for exec meetings.
Maintain org calendar view in xls to encompass MCAPs, CE&S and GCS RoB and events, internal and Field to Corp RoB, and key meetings. Ensure views are updated where relevant.
Work with BMs and Admins to ensure awareness of upcoming agendas, content preparedness and alignment on exec scheduling.

Skills and Requirements
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 5 years experience with Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage various requests.
2. Minimum 5+ years experience with engaging with CVP level chief of staff teams and leadership
3. Minimum 5 years experience with managing tasks using PowerPoint and Excel, with a curiosity about Copilot agents. null
