Job Summary and Qualifications

Endoscopy Technicians play a vital role in supporting gastroenterologists and nurses during endoscopic procedures. Their responsibilities include preparing the procedure room, maintaining equipment, assisting during procedures, and ensuring proper infection control. They also handle specimen collection, inventory management, and patient transport. Provides care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures and serves as a lead for other Endoscopy Technicians. ​ No Travel Required.

What qualifications you will need:

+ Surgical Technologist Certification or associate's degree in endoscopy technology or a related field

+ 1+ year of Endo Tech experience - highly preferred

+ High Level Disinfection Certification - highly preferred

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS/BCLS) required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

+ Continuing education is important to stay current with advancements in the field
