    Job Description

    A top-tier financial services client of ours is hiring an Information Security Analyst for a contract position in Charlotte, NC. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cybersecurity tools supporting the protection of sensitive data across enterprise systems. You'll join a security team focused on Data at Rest (DAR) scanning and data loss prevention (DLP) initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an early-career security professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment. Occasional after-hours and weekend work will be required to support critical scanning operations. This is a 12 Month contract position that is hybrid in Charlotte, NC. Required Skills & Experience

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Security Analysis, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, consulting, education, or military service.

    + Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and DAR scanning tools and techniques.

    + Ability to assess and resolve low to moderately complex security situations.

    + Understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Exposure to large enterprise or financial services environments.

    + Familiarity with risk evaluation and mitigation practices.

    + Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.

    + 30% Security Analysis & Process Improvement

    Daily Responsibilities

    + 80% Hands-On Scanning and Analysis

    + 10% Documentation and Reporting
