**Location:** Remote to Puerto Rico

Key Responsibilities

+ Works as a technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks. Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in the development of technical solutions.

+ Participate as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers. Understands DXC strategy and the role that the individual plays.

+ Uses knowledge tools and reuses information for the benefit of projects, and of professional development.

Qualifications

+ Education and Experience Required: **6+ years of technical experience SAP** **ABAP** **development** and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.

+ A Computer or Industrial Engineer Bachelor or equivalent Degree

+ ABAP Programming and software development knowledge (Reports, ALV, Function Modules, Classes, ABAP proxy)

+ ABAP For HANA experience (Fiori, CDS Views, AMDP’s, Eclipse) – Certification in ABAP development is highly recommended

+ HANA DB

+ Enhancements, User exits, BADI

+ OO Programming

+ Debugging and program performance tuning

+ Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the implementation of a specific deliverable

+ Able to contribute to the design for deliverables

+ Ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on individual products

+ Understanding of assigned discipline or technical area

+ ITIL Process knowledge (a plus) Customer Service experience

+ Experience leading projects from technical perspective

+ Strong research and troubleshooting skills

+ Strong experience with customers in different locations

+ Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Work Environment

+ Remote to Puerto Rico

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
