    Impact you'll make:

    Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (to and from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule

     

    material/production needs. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution. Function with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

    Roles and Responsibilities

    + Update master planning, material processes and systems. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.

    + Monitor shop floor operations to provide feedback regarding execution to manufacturing planes. Track drivers causing production delays.

    + Coordinate with Engineering and Sourcing teams to enable the shop to achieve On Time Delivery. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

    + Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

    + Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

    + Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

    + May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Materials Management and planning.

    Eligibility Requirements

    + Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.

    + Must be able to work 100% onsite in Bangor, Maine.

    Desired Characteristics

    + Experience with SAP ERP system.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Ability to understand and read manufacturing drawings, schematics, blueprints.

    + Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

     

    For purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, The base pay range for this position **is $67,200.00 - $84,000.00 USD per year.**

     

    The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus.

     

    *The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.

     

    This position will stay open on the career website until at least 7/2/2025.
