Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Level Accountant to join our team in Hanover, Pennsylvania. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on position that involves cross-departmental collaboration and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile inventory records, purchasing data, and receiving documentation.

• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to address discrepancies, delivery schedules, and order updates.

• Contribute to month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliation.

• Provide support for accounts payable processes and invoicing/receivable functions.

• Assist in conducting project margin reviews and performing financial analyses.

• Work closely with operations, project managers, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Handle administrative tasks as needed to support overall accounting functions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting systems is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A strong desire to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.
