Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily operations of our accounting team in Azusa, California. This role demands someone detail oriented with a deep understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, and compliance, coupled with strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts, providing actionable recommendations to support business decisions.

• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, governmental policies, and internal standards.

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering skill development and growth.

• Optimize accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and enhance financial reporting accuracy.

• Manage annual audits by coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate results.

• Monitor cash flow and prepare both short-term and long-term cash forecasts to support financial stability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and production, to provide financial insights and drive process improvements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong expertise in cost accounting and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and complex formulas.

• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience with accounting software systems such as ADP, BlackLine, and Concur is a plus.

• Familiarity with auditing, financial analysis, and month-end close processes.
