Description We are looking for a skilled CRM Developer to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions for our organization. This role requires an expert understanding of Salesforce architecture, coding practices, and integrations to create scalable, efficient systems. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Community Cloud.

• Implement and manage Salesforce sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets to ensure secure and efficient access control.

• Design and execute integrations with external systems using Platform Events and APIs.

• Write clean, scalable code to support enterprise-level Salesforce environments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance and functionality.

• Optimize existing Salesforce features and customize workflows to enhance business operations.

• Provide technical guidance and support during system upgrades or new feature rollouts.

• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, tools, and certifications to ensure continuous improvement.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with overall business goals. Requirements • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Community Cloud development.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.

• Experience with system integrations using APIs, Platform Events, or similar tools.

• Hands-on experience coding in scalable Salesforce environments.

• Familiarity with client-side scripting and cloud technologies.

• Certifications such as Salesforce Developer II, App Builder, or Architect Path are a plus.

• Background in the mortgage or financial technology industry is desirable.
