Robert Half is partnering with a global B2B2C e-commerce platform that curates and delivers premium, high-quality products from around the world directly to consumers’ doors. Our client is seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Specialist to own and elevate their presence on Instagram. This is a newly created, full-time position and an exciting opportunity to shape the digital voice of our brand as they continue to scale. You’ll start with one of their Instagram accounts, with plans to grow into managing multiple brand channels across Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is both a visual storyteller and performance-driven marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Own the day-to-day strategy and execution for one of our Instagram accounts—creating posts, reels, stories, carousels, and community engagement.

+ Develop Instagram-first content calendars that reflect brand campaigns, seasonal pushes, and product launches.

+ Design and publish visually compelling assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

+ Collaborate with the internal team to develop branded marketing campaigns that resonate with beauty, health, and lifestyle audiences.

+ Track performance through Meta tools, Google Analytics, and in-platform insights to continually optimize engagement and growth.

+ Contribute to influencer and micro-influencer outreach strategies.

+ Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm shifts to ensure maximum visibility and relevance.

Requirements

+ Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

+ Experience managing multiple IG accounts or transitioning a single brand to multi-account oversight.

+ Previous e-commerce or marketplace brand experience (Amazon or DTC).

+ Proficiency with Instagram content tools, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

+ Proven experience creating, posting, and managing high-quality social content (posts, reels, and stories) across brand channels.

+ A solid understanding of engagement strategies, hashtags, analytics, and audience growth tactics.
