    Summary:

    The Residency Program Supervisor provides key administrative leadership for an ACGME-accredited residency program. This role ensures operational efficiency and compliance with institutional and accreditation standards by overseeing onboarding, curriculum management, evaluations, recruitment, faculty support, and program improvement. The Supervisor serves as the liaison among residents, faculty, GME leadership, and regulatory bodies, while also managing support staff and promoting a collaborative learning environment.

    Responsibilities :

    + Manage program compliance with ACGME and institutional standards, including annual reporting and site visit preparation.

    + Oversee day-to-day residency operations including onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and evaluations.

    + Coordinate resident and faculty recruitment activities, including ERAS and NRMP processes.

    + Support curriculum planning, scheduling, and documentation of educational activities.

    + Manage program documentation, databases, and platforms such as New Innovations, Smartsheet, and Thalamus.

    + Monitor and report milestones, case logs, duty hours, and scholarly activity.

    + Facilitate and document committee meetings (CCC, PEC) and support program evaluation initiatives.

    + Supervise and develop administrative staff.

    + Assist in budget tracking, reimbursements, and resident-related financial oversight.

    + Other Duties.

    Other Information:

    + Prior experience with Cerner scheduling is desired.

    + Five years of administrative support experience.

    + Prior experience with residency training administration is desired

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with deadlines.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

    + Ability to work efficiently and innovate.
