Geriatric Care Physician

Northern Light Mercy Geriatric Care is seeking an organized and compassionate BE/BC Physicianto join its growing geriatric care practice 3 days per week (.75 FTE).

Our team cares for patients in nursing homes and long-term care facilities throughout Southern Maine from Brunswick to Sanford. Our geriatric care providers are supported by dedicated clinical support staff and by the entire infrastructure of the Northern Light Health system. This role will likely be split between at least two care facilities.
