Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Developer **(AWS/Node JS/Angular/ JavaScript)** with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable enterprise applications. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Node JS Angular JS React Java JavaScript to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software applications that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues providing timely resolutions to ensure seamless application performance.

• Implement best practices in software development including code reviews testing and documentation to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.

• Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks ensuring scalability and responsiveness.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance to deliver robust solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into projects to drive innovation and competitiveness.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining user trust.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

• Engage in regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Support and maintain existing applications implementing enhancements and bug fixes as needed to meet evolving business demands.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong technical skills in AWS SQL Node JS Angular JS React Java Javascript with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Demonstrate experience in Claims and Payer domains leveraging domain knowledge to create tailored solutions.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering efficient and effective software solutions.

• Show proficiency in agile development methodologies contributing to iterative and incremental project progress.

• Display strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

• Have a keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of software development.

• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
