    Position: Production Associate

    **Pay:** $15.00/hour + Overtime

    **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

    **Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    **Location:** Rockingham, NC

     

    COVID-19 vaccination required prior to start

    What You'll Do:

    + Assist with inputting raw materials and filling final product

    + Clean and maintain production equipment

    + Help maintain a clean and safe production environment

    + Take on additional responsibilities as needed

    What We're Looking For:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Strong work ethic and honesty

    + Ability to work well within a team

    + Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs

    + Available to work weekends when needed (rotating/equitable schedule)

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience in food production

    + Knowledge of microbiology and fermentation

    + Basic electrical or mechanical maintenance skills

    + Forklift certification or experience

    + Basic computer skills
