    **Job Title:** Human Resources Business Partner

    **Location:** Orlando, FL (On-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)

    **Pay Rate:** $50.00/hr

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced **Human Resources Business Partner** to support a business unit of approximately 550 employees. This on-site role is responsible for delivering strategic HR support and consultative services aligned with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Partner with local leadership to drive HR strategy and organizational effectiveness

    + Provide coaching and support on leadership development and performance management

    + Lead initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement

    + Serve as a resource for employee relations, policy interpretation, and change management

    + Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence on escalated issues

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)

    + 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a matrixed environment

    + Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and influence across various levels of the organization

    + Knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance

    Preferred:

    + Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology

    + SHRM or HRCI Certification

    **Pay Details:** $50.00 per hour
