Adecco is actively recruiting for a **Shipping Clerk role in Warren, Michigan.** This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** with a well-established manufacturing organization. Pay is competitive, and the hours are **Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** . In this role, you’ll manage shipping and receiving operations, perform product packaging, coordinate freight, and assist with inventory control while supporting quality documentation and inspections.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Check, verify, and record information on MOT, shipping, and receiving documents, including dimensional checks.

+ Communicate problems and deviations to leadership and support corrective action.

+ Order packaging materials, ship customer gauging, tooling, and fixtures.

+ Package finished products and prepare shipping documents.

+ Perform cycle counting and assist with annual physical inventory.

+ Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy; reject damaged items and record shortages.

+ Coordinate and track shipments with freight forwarders and trucking companies.

+ Utilize web-based systems for shipment management.

+ Provide backup to Outside Vendor Services as needed.

+ Operate lift trucks or hand trucks as required.

+ Follow all PPE and safety procedures.

Requirements:

+ **3+ years in a shipping/receiving role**

+ Shipping and receiving experience strongly preferred

+ International shipping experience a plus

+ Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems

+ Ability to read work instructions and travelers

+ Capable of lifting and moving materials with appropriate equipment

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
