Cleveland-Cliff has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Maintenance at our Tilden Mine site. This position will provide management oversight of all maintenance related projects in the Tilden Plant.

Summary of Responsibilities :

+ Ensures that all department work is performed in a safe manner and that all work areas are maintained to meet all MSHA standards.

+ Assigns work to the team per the daily and weekly schedule.

+ Responsible for the quality execution of work and reports and recommends solutions to deviations from the plan.

+ Provides coaching, leadership, and direction for department personnel.

+ Distributes work orders for every job and provides progress updates to the senior shift manager daily.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Supervisory experience or previous experience in a similar role.

+ Ability to read and comprehend Gantt charts and use CMMS software (training provided)

+ Rotating shift role that alternates weekly. Must be able to work alternate schedules that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime, and be punctual while doing so.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 2-4 years of experience in an industrial setting.

+ 2-4 year technical degree or equivalent education.
