    As a Director Business Continuity here at Honeywell, you will be in a critical leadership position responsible for developing and implementing business continuity strategies and plans to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptive events.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement business continuity strategies and plans that align with the organizations objectives and ensure the ability to respond to and recover from disruptive events

    + , Lead the development and maintenance of business continuity policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization

    + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify critical business processes, dependencies, and recovery requirements

    + Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and assess the potential impact of disruptive events on critical business operations

    + Coordinate and conduct regular business continuity exercises and tests to evaluate the effectiveness of plans and ensure readiness for potential disruptions

    + Provide guidance and support to business units during crisis situations, ensuring timely and effective response and recovery

    + Monitor and report on business continuity performance and compliance

    + Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity management

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 8+ years of experience in business continuity management or related field

    + Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34)

    + Experience leading business continuity programs in large, complex organizations

    + Excellent leadership and communication skills

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
