    As a Tier 3 System Support Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing advanced technical Support and troubleshooting for complex system issues. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional Support to our customers.

     

    _You will report directly to our Tier 3 Support Manager, and you will work out of our Raleigh, NC location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days._

     

    In this role, you will impact the success and reliability of our systems by resolving complex technical issues and providing top-tier Support to our customers. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be vital in maintaining the performance and functionality of our systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues

    + Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction

    + Analyze system logs and data to identify root causes of issues and implement appropriate solutions

    + Perform product sustaining and cybersecurity readiness

    + Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

    + Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

    + Strong programming skills with knowledge of C#, C++, JAVA, JAVA Script, Python, PowerShell, and PL/SQL programming languages.

    WE VALUE

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical Support or system administration

    + Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization

    + Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    + Strong database skills to troubleshoot and optimize database performance
