_Tie Press Operator_

_Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Tie Press Operators for manufacturing projects in the Shawnee area. The pay range is $19 per hour based on experience. All Tie Press Operators are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled workers to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit._

_Ultimate Job Duties_

+ Operate tie press machines to produce ties with high precision and consistency

+ Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail to ensure quality and uniformity in production

+ Adjust machine settings to accommodate different tie designs and materials

+ Monitor the production process to detect and correct any deviations or defects

+ Maintain and clean machinery to prevent downtime due to equipment failure

+ Regularly check the output for quality control, ensuring ties meet company standards

Ultimate Tie Press Operator Requirements

+ Experience in operating press machines, ideally in garment manufacturing

+ 1+ years of experience in a similar repetitive task environment

+ Appropriate PPE (Gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection)

+ Must have basic tools required for minor machine adjustments

+ Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods, standing, bending, and lifting of up to 20 lbs without assistance
