    We are looking for a **Technical Program Manager - Developer (AI)** . This position plays a pivotal role within Deployment Services + Venture Integration, driving AI-powered developer product readiness and delivering complex, cross-functional programs that enable customer-facing roles through strategic planning, technical execution, and operational excellence.

     

    This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

    Responsibilities

    Portfolio & Program Management

    + Lead the planning and execution of developer-focused releases across a cross-functional v-team.

    + Translate business and technical requirements into customer solutions and workloads with timelinesand ownership plans.

    + Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple teams, tools, and reporting systems.

    + Drive postmortems, lessons learned, and continuous process improvement to optimize operational efficiency.

    AI & Developer Expertise

    + Act as a bridge between technical teams and customer-facing roles to translate AI-powered development features into field readiness strategies.

    + Leverage hands-on knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and modern software development workflows to evaluate solution feasibility and integration points.

    + Collaborate with engineering to design and/or review software and data architectures related to product launches.

    + Analyze system flowsand usage patterns to recommend improvements in deployment and support.

    Qualifications

    Required/Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 2 + years of experience in program or technical project management within fast-paced, customer-centric technology environments, including at least 1+ year managing cross-functional or cross-team initiatives

    + Experience with software development tools and languages such as GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

    + Proven success in managing and launching AI-powered or developer-oriented product experiences.

    + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strong detail orientation and strategic oversight.

    Additional or Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

    + 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

    + Familiarity with Power Platform, full stack development, and integration with internal Microsoft platforms.

    + Hands-on exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LLMOps, LangChain, vector databases).

    + Scrum/Agile experience or certifications.

    + Deep understanding of customer enablement or support readiness planning.

     

    Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
