    As a Product Delivery Senior Associate within the Business Transformation team, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing critical business initiatives that enhance the client journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of products and continuous value delivery. Your role is vital to the firm's success and the wider community, as you help drive digital adoption and process improvement.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Manage critical business books of work with a thoughtful approach.

    + Establish business priorities and craft business benefits.

    + Understand the client journey framework to support execution teams.

    + Safeguard successful product launches and ensure top-tier client experience.

    + Build key relationships with cross-functional teams.

    + Thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment with comfort operating 'in the grey.'

    + Communicate effectively, managing cross-country meetings at various stakeholder levels.

    + Write updates, business requirements, and manage stakeholder communications.

    + Analyze and solve complex problems with strong analytical skills.

    + Utilize advanced PowerPoint and data skills for storytelling.

    + Understand business processes in financial services.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    + 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.

    + Strong strategic and analytical orientation with an innovative mindset.

    + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Strong leadership and influencing skills.

    + Advanced PowerPoint and data skills with storytelling capabilities.

    + Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

    + Proven track record in strategic program development and execution.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    + Previous large-system migration/conversion experience.

    + Experience in Agile environments.

    + Ability to manage competing priorities.

    + Comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
