Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs? We’re looking for compassionate, driven professionals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this rewarding role, you'll provide essential educational and behavioral support to children and adults with special needs, working side by side with educators and behavioral specialists to help individuals achieve meaningful learning and growth.

What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions tailored to each individual's needs

+ Collaborate with school teams, clinicians, and families to support educational goals

+ Track progress and contribute to treatment planning with experienced professionals

Requirements to Apply:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ At least two years of experience working with children, preferably in a pediatric setting

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray documentation (as required)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements

+ Must be 18 years of age or older
