Salary: $20 / Hour

Pay Range: $21–$25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (School Hours)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Technician in a supportive school environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to work either 1:1 with students or as a classroom aide, helping children with autism reach their educational and behavioral goals.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct support to students with autism in a school setting

+ Implement individualized behavioral and educational plans under the guidance of behavioral specialists

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success

+ Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and behavior management

+ Track and report student progress and behavior data

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School diploma or equivalent (required)

+ At least 18 years of age

+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

+ No certification required – training provided

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
