    Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking interpreters to interpret for school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, mental health evaluations, etc. Interpreters must have daytime availability.

     

    Language needed: Arabic - Immediate need

    Responsibilities:

    + Travel to local client sites, within the Wilmington, Delaware area

    + Provide Arabic-English interpreting for school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, medical appointments, and more

    + Provide superior customer service

    + Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality

    + Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices

    Qualifications/Experience:

    + Fluency in both English and Arabic

    + Daytime availability (between the hours of 9AM - 3PM)

    + Availability to support our interpreting clients 5-15 hours a week

    + Access to reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations

    + 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred, but not required

    + Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.), but not required

    + Bachelors degree preferred

    + Candidates must be willing to get a background check including Federal, State, and Child Abuse Registry

    + Must have reliable phone service for contact

    + Must be comfortable with using a computer or smart phone for job input
