    Starting Wage : $15.00 per hour

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Must be 18+ years of age

    + Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal and DCFS background check

    Special Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

    + Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with students

    + Ability to apply common sense understanding in carrying out instructions

    + Ability to exercise appropriate disciplinary techniques

    + Ability to be trained in and apply behavior modification techniques

    + Ability to work as part of a team and serve as a role model for students

    + Regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, and use hands

    + Frequently required to assist physically challenged students
