In this role, you will play an essential part in the educational experience, supporting students, assisting teachers, and helping create a positive and challenging learning environment.

     

    Ball-Chatham has positions available at multiple schools. Paraprofessionals are assigned to Ball-Chatham buildings based on student needs. As part of the interview process, individual positions may be discussed based on building culture and individual availability.

    Starting Pay Rate: $19.00-26.88 per hour, commensurate with experience.

    Qualifications:

    + Must be19 years or older.

    + One of the following:

    + Bachelor’s Degree or higher, OR

    + 60 semester hours of college coursework, OR

    + High School Diploma/High School Equivalencywith passing scores on theACT WorkKeysorETS ParaPro Test.

    + Must hold one of the following licenses:

    + Professional Educator’s License (PEL), OR

    + Substitute License (SUB), OR

    + Educator License with Stipulations - Paraprofessional (ELS-PARA).
