    Responsibilities:

    + Manage implementation of Workday Integration projects;

    + Drive solution architecture and design making sure they are aligned with the overall business objectives and IT standards;

    + Provide leadership and drive integration of Workday to other systems (e .g. Zuora, Netsuite, SalesForce etc.) to drive efficiency and data consistency across the organization;

    + Design, maintain, monitor and support all People Experience system integrations;

    + Manage Workday entire platform architecture and design process including in-depth involvement with Workday integration, core HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll and expense;

    + Provide consultation on impacts and connect the dots between functional side and integration side;

    + Define change/problems, gather requirements, analyze, design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integration solutions resulting from Change and Problem Management processes;

    + Prevent recurrence of issues/problems through detail root cause analysis, advance solution design, and thorough implementation of the approved solution;

    + Capture and document all relevant knowledge and know how to compile best practices in order to ensure delivery of high quality services and products;

    + Continuously improve Workday Integration and its relevant processes by leveraging innovative and latest technology development through new implementation and enhancements to existing systems;

    + Develop and maintain Workday Integration Standard Operating Procedures and manage the functional and technical documentation;

    + Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring of the Integration team;

    + Review functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and opportunities for enhancements;

    + Partner with PX Technology leadership to drive and consult on key business initiatives, enabled through new or existing functionality and review new releases and products and integrate into the existing Workday footprint;

    + Drive the QA process across all modules in the Workday platform and participate in recurring Workday audits on an as needed basis;

    + Drive extensions using Workday Cloud Development Platform and operational excellence initiatives by building Boomerang Integrations and automation of manual processes;

    + Drive Security Governance and Management across all modules; and

    + Own architecture, design and delivery of critical and complex product requirements in the Identity and Security space.

    What we're looking for:

    + Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent;

    + Must have 7 years of experience in job offered or related occupation;

    + Must have 7 years of experience in working with the following Workday modules - Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence, Management & Time Tracking;

    + Must have 7 years of experience in End to end functional HR business processes including audit requirements and processes;

    + Must have 7 years of experience in Workday's Business Process Framework and Security with core HCM, Staffing BP, Alerts, Report Scheduling, Time Tracking, and Absence Management;

    + Must have 7 years of experience in configuring Core HR and creating workflows;

    + Must have 7 years of experience in Workday Integrations, Studio, Cloud Connect for benefits; and

    + Must have 7 years of experience in Cloud connect for third party payroll.

    + Must have 4 years of experience in Workday cloud enterprise applications including Cloud Development platform; and

    + Must have 4 years of experience in Workday Extend.

    + Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.

    Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

    Minimum:

    $186,260.00

    Maximum:

    $271,200.00

     

    In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

     

    Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

     

    We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
