    A leading financial institution in Salt Lake City is seeking an **Operations Processing Analyst** to support their Brokerage Operations team. This entry-level role plays a key part in ensuring efficient mail processing and offers exposure to broader operational functions through cross-training and special projects.

    What You’ll Be Doing as an Operations Processing Analyst:

    + Sorting and scanning incoming mail

    + Logging returned mail and maintaining accurate records

    + Conducting outreach to resolve inaccurate addresses

    + Tracking outreach efforts and preparing statistical updates for leadership

    + Supporting other areas within operations as needed

    What We’re Looking For in an Operations Processing+ Analyst:

    + **Bachelor’s Degree**

    + **1+ years of general office experience**

    + Previous financial services experience is a plus but not required

    + High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability

    + Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new tools
