In the Technical Trainer role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs for virtual and field sales teams. The holder of this position must utilize sound training practices, and purposeful facilitation tactics to engage the learner. It also requires the ability to explain complex scientific technologies and associated applications in a clear and interesting way.

What you will accomplish together with us

+ Bachelor of Science required in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or related field. An advanced degree is a plus

+ 3+ years’ experience in the life science industry.

+ Proven track record working as a Sales Rep or Field Application Scientist is a plus.

+ Experience with microscopy/imaging and tissue culture is preferred

+ Prior training experience is a plus

+ Experience with live cell imaging is a plus

+ Ability to travel up to 25% including international locations

+ Understanding cell analysis, laboratory instruments and practices, a background in biologics would be advantageous.

+ Strong communication skills including digital formats.
