Job Title:Recruiter

This person will be responsible for aiding in delivering the best talent to the organization’s clients.

Specific duties include:

+ Responsibility for aiding in the recruiting process, including job description review, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiating, and onboarding of all new hires.

+ Data entry, keeping software up-to-date, and other clerical duties.

+ This person will need to develop strong relationships and partner with client hiring managers, consultant candidates, and placed consultants.

+ Indepth and working knowledge of the end-to-end staffing and recruitment life cycle.

+ Working cooperatively with the rest of the recruitment team.

Job Tasks:

+ Follow-up and document volume job submissions.

+ Interact with job seekers and prepare job submissions.

+ Capture compensation requirements and contracting/employment data.

+ Assist with new employee/consultant on-boarding.

+ Support time tracking, contract documentation, and opportunity communications.

+ Build employ search skills, create employee networks and attend job fairs.

+ Clearly communicate job requirements, create quote submissions and track opportunities through job closure.

+ Reconcile new opportunities with staff renewals and recruit replacement staff.

+ Work within and update the KBI Applicant Tracking System.
