WKUCCC is pleased to announce we are accepting applications for the position of Classroom Teacher II. The Classroom Teacher II at WKUCCC will maintain a teaching position of children birth through five years old. The primary responsibility is to provide a safe, secure, healthy environment for young children. The teacher will be responsible for maintaining the Head Start and Child Care requirements. The teacher will implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, learning experiences, conduct developmental screening, on-going assessment, and engage families in their child's growth and development. The teacher will also participate in required training sessions which may occur in the evening or occasional Saturday.
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in early childhood education or related degree
+ Ability to lift 40 pounds
+ Experience with young children
Additional Information:
Hourly Range: $14.36 - $16.92
