PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is hiring experienced **Avionic Technicians** to support our client’s Aircraft Services Customization team in Piney Flats, TN. Join a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the successful completion of customized commercial aircraft.

Position Summary

As an Avionic Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, wiring, and testing of advanced avionics systems. You'll work closely with a specialized team to bring cutting-edge aircraft customization projects to life—ensuring systems are installed accurately and meet all technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

+ Install and terminate wiring for avionics systems

+ Install and secure avionics components within aircraft

+ Assist with system ring-outs and continuity testing of installed wiring

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering documentation

+ Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

+ Perform additional duties as assigned to support customization efforts

Qualifications

Required:

+ Minimum 5 years of hands-on avionics experience

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings

+ Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

+ Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic

Preferred:

+ FAA Airframe Certification

+ Experience working on commercial or customized aircraft programs

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. individually and 50 lbs. as a team

+ Comfortable working in kneeling, squatting, crawling, and climbing positions

+ Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

+ Strong hand-eye coordination and visual acuity for small components

+ Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active role

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
