    PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a talented and detail-oriented **Maintenance & Calibration Technician** to support a state-of-the-art GMP Radioligand Therapies production facility in Indianapolis, IN.     About the Role

     

    In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation, calibration, and maintenance of sophisticated equipment and systems supporting GMP manufacturing. From cleanroom production lines to building utilities and radiation detection devices, you’ll be a key player in sustaining safe, compliant, and efficient operations. After completing onboarding and training, you’ll transition to a **second shift** schedule to help support 24/7 site operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, laboratory, and facility equipment

    + Troubleshoot systems including isolators, filling lines, HVAC, control systems, vacuum, compressed gases, and utilities

    + Interpret technical documentation such as P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts

    + Calibrate and maintain radiation detection equipment as part of the site’s radiation safety program

    + Execute work orders and document activities accurately using a CMMS

    + Assist in startup, commissioning, and qualification activities as required

    + Support investigations and resolution of equipment-related deviations or CAPAs

    + Draft and revise procedures, maintenance instructions, and training materials

    + Lead and mentor junior technicians, promoting a culture of quality and safety

    + Provide exceptional internal customer support and ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and other applicable standards

     

    What You Bring

    Required:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

    + 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a regulated GMP environment

    + Strong mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation troubleshooting skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS/BMS systems

    + Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documentation

    + Willingness to work second shift and flex into nights, weekends, and holidays when needed

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and wear PPE including respirators and cleanroom garments

    Preferred:

    + Previous experience in aseptic fill/finish, radiopharmacy, or pharmaceutical/medical device manufacturing

    + Training or experience working with radioactive or hazardous materials

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 to $60.00 per hour
