• AWS Developer (Remote Opportunity)

    VetsEZ is seeking a skilled AWS Developer to design, develop, and manage cloud-based applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS services, cloud computing, and DevOps practices to build scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications and solutions on AWS.

    + Utilize AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, and others for application development.

    + Implement serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.

    + Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.

    + Ensure security best practices in AWS, including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance.

    + Optimize cloud-based applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

    + Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.

    + Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance using AWS CloudWatch and logging tools.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver cloud-based solutions.

    + Stay updated with AWS best practices, new features, and emerging technologies.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    + Proven experience as an AWS Developer or Cloud Engineer.

    + Strong proficiency in AWS services, cloud computing, and architecture.

    + Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.

    + Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

    + Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

    + Strong knowledge of networking, security, and compliance in AWS environments.

    + Experience in designing and managing relational and NoSQL databases in AWS (RDS, DynamoDB).

    + Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

    + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

    + Experience with machine learning, big data, or IoT services in AWS.

    + Knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and hybrid cloud architecture.

    + Experience building functions in Python.

    + Experience with REST APIs.

    + Experience with integrations with SaaS products, such as Pega, Service Now, or Jira.
