Job Description:

+ In this role, you'll be responsible for managing multiple clinical workstreams tied to the organization’s Epic implementation, with a strong focus on Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory modules.

+ You will work cross-functionally with clinical, IT, and administrative teams to ensure successful execution of project milestones.

Responsibilities:

+ Proven experience as an Epic Project Manager in a clinical/inpatient environment.

+ Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory.

+ Strong leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing EHR implementation workstreams.

+ Ability to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.

Experience:

+ 5+ years of professional experience as Epic project manager

Skills:

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Knowledge of healthcare delivery environments is strongly preferred.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience ).

+ Certification in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or related discipline.

+ Previous experience in healthcare system operations or clinical environments.
