Client Engagement Manager serves as a trusted single-point of contact partner to our customers—ensuring they achieve maximum value from Verifi’s solutions. You’ll act as the key liaison between field operations, engineering, and our clients, focusing on long-term relationship growth, product adoption, and proactive issue resolution. -
This is a field-forward role that blends technical understanding with account stewardship, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action while building strategic relationships.

Essential Functions:
**Commercial and Excellence in Execution** **:** 70%
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts across your region
+ Build trusted, long-term relationships with operational and executive stakeholders
+ Drive customer adoption and ensure clients are fully leveraging the Verifi platform
+ Monitor account health and proactively address risks to satisfaction or retention
+ Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate customer needs and feedback
+ Lead periodic customer reviews, presenting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
+ Support issue resolution, acting as the customer’s advocate within internal teams-ccp-props="{">

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Experience in lieu of, Required
Master's Degree, Preferred
5+ years of Industry Related Sales Experience, Preferred
Knowledge of Ready Mix Concrete Industry, Preferred
Quality Control Concrete, Preferred
5+ years in leadership or management role, Preferred

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is **$115,000** to **$125,000** per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is **13%** of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is **$129,950** to **$141,250.** Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
