Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on student needs.

+ Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform planning.

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to integrate behavioral supports.

+ Provide training and support to staff on the implementation of behavior strategies.

+ Monitor and document student progress and adjust plans as needed.

+ Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
