Job Description:

About this role:

As a Physician in **Internal** **Medicine** , you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this **full-time** role you will provide outpatient primary care, seeing 18-20 patients (all ages) per day.

+ This position includes a  **$** **30** **,000**  starting bonus, and up to **$20,000**  in relocation assistance for eligible primary household moves. Student Loan Assistance and a Training Stipend may be available to eligible applicants.

+ You will practice at Desert Color Family Medicine & Internal Medicine Primary Care Clinic

+ Clinic hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. A 4 day x10 hr. workweek or a 5 day x8 hr. workweek are work schedule options.

+ Office Call (Phone) will be evenly distributed among our providers.

What** **you’ll** **bring:

+ MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

+ Residency training in Internal Medicine

+ Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

+ Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

+ Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
