    SMT Operator - 2nd Shift

    Pay Range: $21-25

    Job Summary:

    + We are looking for a skilled SMT Operator who is familiar with MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick and place equipment and has a strong understanding of all facets of SMT production. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and maintain MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick and place equipment, including setup, and operation of equipment, including minor troubleshooting

    + Perform SMT production tasks, including component placement, soldering, and inspection

    + Ensure high-quality production by following established procedures and guidelines

    + Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and deadlines

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles

    + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve efficiency

    + Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years of experience as an SMT Operator, with a focus on MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick and place equipment

    + Strong understanding of SMT production processes, including component placement, soldering, and inspection

    + Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines

    + High school diploma or equivalent required
