Vivint Technology (VT) is seeking a dynamic Portfolio Manager to lead and scale our portfolio of programs within Field Operations and Customer Care. This role oversees a team of Program Managers and is responsible for driving strategic alignment, execution, and delivery across enterprise initiatives supporting frontline operations and customer experience.

You’ll serve as a critical link between technology and business, ensuring roadmaps are aligned to business outcomes, engineering capacity is used efficiently, and programs are executed with excellence.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead and coach a team of Program Managers supporting Field and Care initiatives.

+ Own and manage the strategic roadmap for Field Operations and Customer Care.

+ Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery.

+ Present portfolio status, progress, and risks to senior leadership and business partners.

+ Drive prioritization across programs and ensure clarity on interdependencies.

+ Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of programs across the portfolio.

+ Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across teams.

Core Responsibilities

+ Build and manage a high-performing team of Program Managers.

+ Guide and maintain portfolio-level visibility of initiatives and dependencies.

+ Facilitate alignment sessions with Product, Engineering, and Business to set direction.

+ Own roadmap planning and delivery cadence for Field and Care tech initiatives.

+ Ensure consistent application of program management best practices across teams.

+ Track performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.

What You Bring

+ 5+ years of experience in program or portfolio management in a tech environment

+ Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale cross-functional programs

+ Strong understanding of enterprise operations, field services, or customer care domains

+ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

+ Deep experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks

+ Ability to drive change, navigate complexity, and influence without authority

Preferred Tools & Certifications

+ Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite

+ Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, CSM, or PgMP are a plus
