The Manager Business Operations:

+ Provides financial management and analysis including reporting, budgeting, labor efficiency, cost, revenue and reimbursement analysis to support business operations and/or service line to optimize the efficiency, quality, business processes and volume.

+ May participate on projects related to area of assignment based upon strategic plans, work re-design, reengineering, process improvement and quality of operations.

+ May work with others in coordination and collaboration to make decisions related to capital purchases, contracts and create seamless and standardized approaches.

+ Acts as a liaison between assigned area and other departments related to role.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

+ 4 years - Management

+ Or - 4 years - Finance

+ Or - 4 years - Related Field.

Required Education:

+ Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Finance; Or - Bachelors - Related Field
