    An employer is looking for a Secret Cleared Software Engineer in the Huntsville, AL area. This resource will focus on Modeling & Simulation, software design requirements, application development, integration, testing and deployment supporting a DoD customer.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Active Secret Clearance

     

    Willingness to work onsite in Huntsville, AL full time

     

    STEM Degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience

     

    Modeling and Simulation experience

    C++ experience

    Experience with at least one of the following programming or scripting languages: C, GoLang, Ada, and/or Python

     

    Experience with two or more of the following tools: Jira, Crucible, Bitbucket, Subversion, Bamboo, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Fortify, or Coverity Strong understanding of C and C++ languages including templates, memory storage, and compiler/linker

     

    Experience with SQL Database or JSON Database

     

    Experience with simulated threat environments such as AFSIM or GMDSIM

     

    Ability to collaborate with systems engineers, hardware designers and integration/test engineers to develop and maintain complex software systems

     

    Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
