Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Fullstack GenAI/ML Engineer to join our team. This role blends fullstack development with cutting-edge Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development skills, along with hands-on experience in building and deploying GenAI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using:

LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and MCP (Model Customization Pipelines).

OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Falcon, MPT).

Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant) for semantic search and memory storage.

Develop and optimize front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Implement GenAI pipelines for document Q&A, summarization, chatbots, and intelligent agents.

Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune and deploy models.

Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI-enhanced applications.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong proficiency in Java.

Hands-on experience with GenAI/ML frameworks including:

LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, MCP

Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration

Experience with vector databases and their integration into GenAI workflows.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Experience deploying GenAI applications in production environments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and LLM APIs.

Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Experience with model evaluation, guardrails, and observability in GenAI systems.

Understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices. null
