Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will provide efficient and accurate support to the IT Director and Project Manager, by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, as well as updating information with various agency software applications. Assist with tasks related to the handling of queries and report requests. This position is responsible for cross-departmental implementation, analyzing, processing, and maintaining various large dataset driven projects.
Duties Include:
+ Assist the IT Project Manager with performing routine data maintenance, including audits and reconciliations of data against compliance checklists and regulatory guidelines. Monitor the MH 360 Help inbox and various administration and/or data management duties.
+ Assist with system administration by handling password resets, setting up and disabling users, and maintaining documentation of external users. Engage with internal and external users to troubleshoot system issues.
+ Participate in planning, development and implementation of information system requirements to support agency-specific projects as assigned. Maintain documentation of operational policies and procedures.
+ Run reports, export data into Excel, and format data using sort, filter, and pivot tables before dissemination to key stakeholders.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements include:
+ Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Business or equivalent. Master Degree preferred.
+ Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in Statistics, Data Analysis; 3-5 years of experience is preferred.
+ Required skills in Smartsheet, Visio, SQL (subqueries), Data Warehouse, Creation of database objects (tables, views, etc).
+ Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft suite, CRM tools, data analysis, audit, and statistical analysis skills.
+ Excellent computer/data entry, interpersonal, analytical thinker, organizational and communication skills required.
+ Ability to interact with all levels of employees, external stakeholders, public officials, and top level executives is necessary.
+ Research skills, reporting analyzing information, coordination, administrative writing skills.
+ Able to manage multiple time sensitive data projects, accurately and timely.
