    Position Summary

    Responsible for the care and comfort of pediatric patients and their families. Responsible for rooming patients; taking vital signs; performing point of care testing; administering vaccines; assisting with procedures; maintaining appropriate practice logs; informing patients of normal lab results; patient flow and comprehensive documentation to support the care of the patient.

     

    This position may support three practices: RUSH Pediatrics Aurora, RUSH Pediatrics Aurora Ridge, and RUSH Pediatrics & Family Medicine - Oswego. This position is for 40 hours a week. The shifts hours vary - 4 weekdays in the 7:45 am-5:30pm time window and one weekday10am-7:15pm. One Saturday morning per month. 7:45-12:15.

    Position Requirements:

    + CCMA, CMA or RMA Certification

    + **Certified in CPR**

    + **Medical practice management and EMR software experience preferred (specifically Epic).**

    + **Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) helpful.**

    + **Excellent oral/written communication skills**

    + **Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented**

    + **Flexible; able to adapt to change**

    + **Bilingual in Spanish**
