Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our client in Philadelphia. Financial Services industry experience is required. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of web and mobile applications. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless and engaging digital experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive user interfaces and workflows for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.

• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve designs.

• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.

• Work within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and digital technologies.

• Optimize designs for responsiveness across multiple devices and platforms.

• Utilize AB testing to assess design effectiveness and implement improvements.

• Provide design assets and guidance to developers during the implementation phase.m

Requirements • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of web and mobile application design principles.

• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

• Knowledge of usability testing methods and AB testing practices.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Strong skills in CSS and front-end design optimization.

• Ability to ensure brand consistency and incorporate brand awareness into designs.
