    Genesys Cloud CX Developer

     

    Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Genesys Cloud CX Developer to join a financially stable and growing organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with cutting-edge technology in customer experience innovation. Relocation assistance and sponsorship for eligible candidates are available.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    + Salary up to $130K, plus a 10% bonus

    + Comprehensive benefits package, including immediate benefits, profit sharing, and 401(k)

    + Relocation assistance available (10% of salary)

    + Enjoy flexibility with 2.5-day weekends – company closes every Friday at 1:00 PM CT

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and integrate the Genesys Cloud CX platform with key backend systems and applications

    + Create and program custom Genesys flows, integrations, and omnichannel solutions (Chat, IVR, Chatbot, email, etc.)

    + Optimize customer interaction and streamline business processes through system integration

    + Code deployment using CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting tools

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions

    Required Skills and Experience:

    + Experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform and related tools

    + Proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD pipelines for automation (must-have)

    + Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JavaScript

    + Experience with any backend development language (e.g., Python, C#, .NET, Java)

    + Working knowledge of AWS Lambda

    + SQL experience is a plus

    Preferred Skills:

    + Familiarity with AI-driven features like Genesys AI/CoPilot Conversation IVR

    + Certifications in relevant tech stacks (preferred, not required)

    Requirements • Hands-on experience with the Genesys Cloud CX platform and related tools.

     

    • Proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD pipeline development.

    • Strong programming skills in JavaScript and familiarity with APIs.

    • Experience with backend development languages such as Python, C#, Java, or ASP.NET.

    • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS Lambda.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
